Abstract: The real Tibet issue is the matter of “invasion”
The Tibet problem has once again become a global issue since the broke out of strong protests by
Tibetan people against Chinese government and its brutal suppression which took place this
March. The Tibet issue is generally conceived as human rights issue and that it should be and can
be solved by dialogue between the Tibetan government-in-exile and the Government of PRC.
However, the author argues that the real Tibet issue is the matter of “invasion” and consequently
it cannot be solved by the dialogue between the weaker and the stronger. The real nature of
Chinese ethnic cleansing policy is revealed by him.
