The 96th session of the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination will be held this year beginning August 6. State Reports on Japan will be considered on the 16th and 17th. Japan NGO Coalition against Racial Discrimination, comprised of 21 NGOs, submitted a report composed of 7 items to the Committee. We will introduce the main contents of the report as a series. No. 1 is an Outline that
includes list of member NGOs, table of contents and preface.
