On July 7, 1937, the Marco Polo Bridge Incident arose. Even today we hear claims that the incident was orchestrated by the Japanese military, or that it was an accident. However, the truth is that it was the successful outcome of a CCP (Chinese Communist Party) conspiracy.
The incident was the direct cause of war between Japan and China, which expanded further into a full-scale conflict. Therefore, the Marco Polo Bridge Incident is of considerable significance not only to the CCP and China, but also to Japan and the rest of the world.
This essay proves that the incident was initiated by the CCP. Even after the 29th Route Army and the China Garrison Army signed a local ceasefire agreement, the CCP violated that agreement and a great war ensued.
Questions are welcome.
