We have previously verified that so called “Comfort Women” were prostitutes
who conducted business for soldiers ouside of Japan as an offical document of
US (United States Office of War Information, Psychological Warfare Team Attached
to U.S. Army Forces, India-Burma Theater) stated that“comfort girls” are
nothing more than prostitutes or professional “camp followers”and presented
various documents in our site.

Now, Dr. Amako, who specializes in obsterics and gynecology, demonstrates that
comforwomen were licensed prostitutes, whose business was sexal services for
soldiers, by illustrating history of medical treatments for prostitutes practiced
in moderm Japan and icludes cases from military medicine. Her father was an army
medical doctor attached to the 14th Clearing Hospital of the Eleventh army and
left a lot of records and papers cocerningthe treatment operations. Her book also
includes history of medical treatments for prostitutes in Europe and America
and compares these with treatment in Japan.
One will obtain the objective truth concerning the “comfort women” from the
perspective of the history of medical treatment of prostitutes.
